The UW IHDD hosts events throughout the year that bring together researchers, trainees, clinicians, self-advocates, family advocates, policymakers, and community partners. These events provide opportunities to share research and resources, exchange ideas, and strengthen collaborations in the field of intellectual and developmental disabilities.

From Networking Day to Lunch and Learn events, IHDD events showcase innovative research, emerging leaders, and partnerships across the University of Washington and the broader community. Together, these gatherings foster learning, collaboration, and the translation of research into practice and community impact.
