Wings for All® Registration Opens September 23
Registration opens Wednesday, September 23, at 8:30 am for Wings for All®, an airport rehearsal for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities and their families.
The event will take place Saturday, October 17, 2026. The Arc of King County is presenting the event in partnership with United Airlines, the Port of Seattle, and the Transportation Security Administration.
About the Event
Participants will practice the airport experience, including:
- Receiving boarding passes
- Checking bags
- Passing through security
- Boarding an aircraft
- Potentially taxiing on the runway to simulate takeoff and landing
The event is for first-time participants. Each family may register one person with an intellectual or developmental disability and one accompanying guest. Participants age 18 and older must have a REAL ID.

Space is extremely limited, and only people with confirmed registrations may participate. The registration forms will open September 23 at 8:30 am.
