UW LEND UP Program for UW Undergraduate Students
The UW Leadership Education in Neurodevelopmental Disabilities Undergraduate Pathways (LEND UP) program offers hands-on learning opportunities for UW undergraduate students interested in health careers supporting children and youth with developmental disabilities and their families.

LEND UP is a program that includes mentorship, interdisciplinary pediatric clinic observations, and seminars focused on developmental disabilities. Trainees are paired with LEND faculty and graduate mentors and gain exposure to a range of health and education disciplines. The program is part of the Leadership Education in Neurodevelopmental and Related Disabilities (LEND) program at the University of Washington, an interdisciplinary training program based at the IHDD.
