Recruiting for NIH-Funded Study: Perspectives on Precision Medicine Research on Cerebral Palsy

Happy child with Cerebral Palsy communicating with caregiver.The Stanford Center for Biomedical Ethics is conducting a study to understand how people with cerebral palsy (CP) and their caregivers view the potential benefits and harms of precision medicine research on CP (PMR-CP). PMR-CP includes research exploring genetic factors that may contribute to CP.

The study is led by Dr. Kevin Mintz, who has CP and whose research focuses on disability bioethics and genetics in identity formation.

Participation & Compensation:

  • Participate in a 1-2 hour interview via Zoom
  • Receive a $50 gift card
