Now Open: Dan Thompson Grant Applications for 2025–2027 Biennium
The Washington State Department of Social and Health Services (DSHS) has allocated $2 million for the Dan Thompson Memorial Developmental Disabilities Community Services Fund for the 2025–2027 biennium.
This funding cycle will focus on projects related to recreation, transportation, and innovative technology, based on community feedback. Grant amounts available include:
- $500,000
- $250,000
- $100,000
- $50,000
- $20,000
Application period: August 1–31, 2025
Deadline: August 31 at 11:59 p.m.
DSHS will host multiple virtual technical assistance sessions via Microsoft Teams. These sessions are open to the community and will provide guidance on application requirements. Session details are available on the DSHS grant webpage.
