Ventura Endowed Fellowship for Autism Accepting Applications
The Ventura Endowed Fellowship for Autism is accepting applications from early-career professionals seeking to develop or strengthen their skills in autism science.

The program is designed to build capacity at the University of Washington and Seattle Children’s for clinical research and related activities. Graduate student trainees, postdoctoral and clinical fellows, and medical, educational, psychological or similar early-career professionals within three years of completing their degree are eligible to apply.
The fellowship supports training and education related to autism diagnosis and assessment, medical co-occurring conditions, therapeutics and interventions. Funded activities may include presenting at scientific meetings or attending training in diagnostic or treatment models.
Fellowship Opportunities
Two fellowship opportunities provide up to $2,000 in support:
1. Conference Fellowship: Supports registration and travel to present clinical research focused on autistic individuals. Applicants should use the email subject line “Ventura Endowed Fellowship Application: Conference Fellowship.”
2. Education and Training Fellowship: Supports workshops and other events that provide education or training in clinical and treatment areas. Applicants should use the email subject line “Ventura Endowed Fellowship Application: Training Fellowship.”
Awards are administered by UW Psychiatry. Applicants may receive the fellowship up to three times, although priority will be given to those who have not previously received funding.
