When you choose to participate in research through the IHDD, you become an essential partner in the pursuit of knowledge and positive change. By engaging in research studies and projects, you have the opportunity to contribute to advancements in the understanding, treatment, and support for individuals with disabilities and their families.
Our partner organizations run numerous studies each year to increase knowledge on many aspects of developmental disabilities. These research projects range from laboratory studies to evaluations that involve research participants.
