2026 IHDD Fall Lunch and Learn: Accessing Adult Systems

IHDD’s Fall Lunch & Learn will focus on transition to adulthood, adult services, and employment while celebrating the 50th anniversary of the University of Washington Employment Program.

The event will feature presentations, a panel discussion, and opportunities for networking over coffee and lunch.

Purpose and Intended Audience:

This event will bring together researchers, providers, agency representatives, and people with lived experience to examine challenges within adult systems and consider priorities for future research, policy, and systems change.

The event is best suited for people interested in research, policy, and systems-level discussions about the transition to adulthood and adult services. It is not designed as a how-to session or to provide individualized assistance with navigating adult services.
