The Arc of Washington State’s Legislative Notebook offers information and resources to help people with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD), families, professionals and community partners learn about public policy issues affecting the IDD community.
The notebook includes:
- Issue papers focused on disability rights, services and community living.
- Data and reports to inform advocacy and community conversations.
- Additional tools and resources, including a tool to find your legislators.
Issue papers reflect proposals from contributing community members, coalitions and organizations. Sharing this resource does not imply endorsement by IHDD or the University of Washington of the policy proposals included.
