How the Clinic Support Program Works
During clinic visits, families complete a short confidential questionnaire. When the screening identifies a practical or financial need, families receive a $100 cash card to help with expenses related to attending appointments.

Simple Screening
The questionnaire highlights needs that may affect a family’s ability to consistently attend clinic visits.

Immediate Support
Families who qualify receive $100 cash card during their appointment.

Flexible Use
Families choose how to use the card. Common uses include gas, food, parking, lodging or small adaptive items needed for the visit.
Care Beyond the Clinic Walls
Clinic appointments often involve additional costs such as transportation, parking, and meals. These costs can create barriers for some families. The Clinic Support Program helps support families by offering a modest, practical form of assistance.
