WA INCLUDE and STG Partner to Promote Inclusion

Playbill for the Psychic Salamander Festival. This weekend, the Seattle Theatre Group (STG) will present the Psychic Salamander Festival, a creative performance designed to celebrate imagination and community. This two-day, family-friendly music festival will feature both national acts and local bands, including Modest Mouse and The Flaming Lips, making it a highlight of the region’s music calendar. WA INCLUDE is partnering with STG to promote a welcoming environment for people with neurodiversity and connect with professionals working with people at the intersection of IDD and mental health.

Through this collaboration, WA INCLUDE is highlighting the importance of inclusive spaces, places where people of all abilities can experience the arts and feel a sense of belonging. The partnership also strengthens connections among professionals, encouraging dialogue and shared resources across the fields of intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) and mental health.

The Psychic Salamander Festival reflects STG’s ongoing commitment to making the arts accessible and meaningful for everyone. Together with WA INCLUDE, they are advancing inclusion and awareness in ways that reach beyond the stage.
