WA INCLUDE Presents: Ending Isolation and Reducing Restraint in Public Schools
Join WA INCLUDE for a virtual session on Wednesday, September 30, from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. The Arc of King County and And Still We Rise will present a discussion on ending isolation and reducing restraint in public schools.
The session will address:
- How the law has changed
- Why partners are working on this issue
- The new role for medical professionals
- What parents need to know
- Washington state’s Reducing Restraint and Eliminating Isolation project
Families, educators, medical professionals, and other community members are welcome to join.
