Celebrating 35 Years of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA)
July 26, 2025, marks the 35th anniversary of the ADA, a landmark civil rights law that protects the rights of people with disabilities across the United States.
To mark this milestone, the ADA National Network has created an “ADA Anniversary Toolkit” with resources for individuals, organizations, and communities to celebrate and reflect. The toolkit includes:
- Event listings and archived recordings
- Social media graphics and materials
- Reflections from disability rights leaders
- Educational resources, timelines, and training opportunities
The ADA continues to help ensure access, opportunity, and inclusion in education, employment, public services, and beyond.
