The UW IHDD is one of six sites that houses all three: IDDRC, UCEDD and LEND. Our goal is to improve the lives of folks with developmental disabilities.
The Institute on Human Developmental Disabilities (IHDD) has 3 main center grants: 1) the Eunice Kennedy Shriver Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities Research Center (IDDRC), 2) the University Center for Excellence in Developmental Disabilities (UCEDD), and 3) The Leadership Education in Neurodevelopmental and Related Disabilities (LEND) center (which is a program within the UCEDD).
