2025 King County Developmental Disabilities Resource Fair

Photo: Lobby area during the 2024 King County Developmental Disabilities Resource Fair.The 2025 King County Developmental Disabilities Resource Fair welcomes individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities or delays, their families, caregivers, service providers, educators, employers, and other community members.

This free, in-person event includes:

  • Over 50 resource and exhibitor tables
  • Workshops on early childhood, education, employment, housing, behavioral health, legal and financial planning
  • A technology exploration room featuring accessible and inclusive tools
  • Interactive spaces including a quiet room and “Ask a Mama,” a peer-led support area for families

Workshop topics include:

  • Early childhood development and transition to special education
  • High school and postsecondary transition planning
  • Supported employment and inclusive community opportunities
  • Housing options for independent living
  • Guardianship and Social Security benefits
  • Behavioral health and ADHD supports

Additional features:

  • Student-made glass art for sale by the Bellevue School District’s Evergreen Transition Program
  • Interpretation available in multiple languages
  • Accessible venue and programming
