Demystifying the Taboo: Disability, Sexuality & Empowerment at the 46th Annual Duncan Conference

This year’s conference, themed “Demystifying the Taboo: Disability, Sexuality & Empowerment,” will be held virtually on March 21, 2025, from 7:50 AM – 4:00 PM PT, providing an opportunity for attendees from across the country to engage with leading experts, advocates, and professionals in the field of disability studies.

For nearly half a century, the Duncan Conference has been a cornerstone of the disability rights movement. This year’s event focuses on the unique needs of young people with disabilities as they transition to adulthood, emphasizing a whole-person approach. Attendees can expect insightful keynote presentations, interactive workshops, and discussions on critical topics, including:
