The Washington State Developmental Disabilities Council (DDC), in partnership with The Arc of Washington State and Self Advocates in Leadership (SAIL), has launched the Medicaid Matters Campaign—an initiative focused on increasing public awareness and understanding of Medicaid services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

This campaign provides educational resources to help individuals, families, and service providers gain a clearer understanding of Medicaid’s role, its impact on communities, and how to stay informed about potential policy changes affecting services.
