UW IHDD researchers are seeking participants ages 4 and up with ASD or a related neurodevelopmental disorder who have a known genetic mutation. 

Image - TIGER Study logo of DNA with tiger stripes.The Investigation of Genetic Exome Research (TIGER) Study is enrolling families to participate in a new study exploring how specific genetic events may contribute to Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and related developmental disorders.

Participation includes remote calls, video meetings, and online questionnaires.

Our staff will gather data via:

  • Clinical, neurocognitive, and language assessments
  • Biospecimen collection via blood or saliva samples
  • Photos and brief medical examination
  • Collecting a detailed developmental history

Subjects will be compensated $100 for their participation.
